Nothing meaningful sits behind a paywall. You can create unlimited quizzes, host unlimited players in a session, use every question type, and read full reports afterwards without entering a card. How to make a quiz in three steps
The workflow is designed for a planning period, not an afternoon. Most teachers go from a blank page to a shareable link in a couple of minutes.
- Describe it. Type a topic and grade level, or paste your notes. The AI drafts multiple-choice, ordering, and fill-in-the-blank questions.
- Review and edit. Every question is editable. Change wording, fix an answer, add or remove questions, or regenerate any single item.
- Share and play. Publish, launch a session, and hand out the join link or QR code. Students enter a name and play; no sign-up, no install.
What "free" means here
Many quiz makers advertise a free tier and then cap the part you rely on: the number of players in a live game, the number of quizzes you can store, or access to reports. Those caps are the most-cited reason teachers abandon a tool.
Learning Arcade does not cap players, quizzes, question types, game modes, or reports. There is no trial clock and no card on file. You can try the generator without an account; an account is only needed when you launch a live session so results can be saved to your dashboard.
Question types and grade levels
The generator writes multiple-choice, ordering, and fill-in-the-blank questions, and you can mix them in one quiz. Because you set the topic and grade level in your own words, it works from early elementary through higher education and corporate training.
Every generated question is a draft you own. The editor exists precisely because AI drafts need a teacher’s judgment before they go in front of a class, so review is a first-class step, not an afterthought.
Made for phones and Chromebooks
Students almost always play on a phone or a school Chromebook, often several to a table with a timer running. The play surface is built for that: large tap targets, high-contrast color-coding, and a countdown that stays legible at arm’s length. There is nothing to download on either side.
